Our Therapy Models

The Intensive model is 60-90 hours of therapy every day for six days a week and is highly suitable for outstation children looking for short block treatment sessions. These sessions are pretty intense and focused on postural alignment & centre of mass management, targeted trunk control training, task-specific activities, Functional electrical stimulation, gait training, Bimanual training for hands, and much more. We also provide customised suggestions and prescriptions for body suits and orthotics to improve postural alignment and function. Our traditional treatment model is 45 minutes of therapy, and the number of treatment sessions a week is decided based on the child’s current functional level. This model is suitable for children who live in Bangalore.

"Family’s involvement in the treatment process is the mainstay for achieving successful outcomes in a child's development."

Our foremost and fundamental process to treatment is postural alignment followed by experiencing this well-aligned posture 24/7 at home, school, and in other environments will heighten postural sensory awareness, which is critical for developing good movement & functional skills. The next step in our treatment process is to build essential skills that matter the most to the family. It is important to note that massed practice is crucial in learning movement skills. Hence we help the families to implement home programs so that children get opportunities to practice skills in massive amounts (Massed practice); we believe that’s the only way to build movement skills.
