20 years of unmatched experience in the field of Pediatric Physiotherapy & Child Development in Bangalore

Pediatric Physiotherapy And Child Development Centre
Co-founders of Therakinos have 20 years of individual experience treating children with developmental disorders. The centre specialises in child Physiotherapy and Sensory Integration. What makes Therakinos extraordinary is bringing tailor-made intervention methods unique to your child’s developmental needs. For children, therapy at Therakinos is all about play and having fun. Still, in a real sense, it’s a blend of experience and well-grounded science to steer maximum progress in a child’s capabilities. Translating the therapy knowledge to the home and school environment is one of the essential aspects of our intervention, and we achieve it by empowering the families.
What Makes Therakinos Unique

Our Programs - "Helping Children to do what they are best at; Playing, learning and socialising"
Pediatric Physiotherapy
Therakinos provides regular and intensive therapy models designed to address the individual needs of children and their families. Core to our treatment is equipping parents with knowledge, and we believe a well-informed parent can contribute enormously to a child’s progress. Our Paediatric Physiotherapy intervention has four key elements; Alignment, experience, skill building, and intense practice.
Our intervention also addresses physiological health related to movements such as efficient breathing, good digestion, and appropriate bladder and bowel function.
Sensory Integration
Our Sensory Integration treatment is an eclectic program that involves sensory, motor, and behavioural dimensions to treat children with Autism, ADHD, dyspraxia, Sensory processing disorder, and DCD / Dyspraxia. Disruption of sensory processing can affect all areas of child development and may lead to problematic behaviours.
Identifying the underlying reason for a child’s behaviour, teaching families to understand why these behaviours exist and providing adequate sensory tools/strategies to manage these behaviours are fundamental to our sensory integration program.
Oromotor and Feeding Program
Our therapist will work with the family to identify the nature of the child’s feeding difficulties and develop a program that makes feeding easier and safer for both parent and the child.
